How to Book
An application to hire should be made on St John's Parish Hall Booking Form, which must be signed. Acceptance of any booking is at the discretion of the Parochial Church Council (PCC). A booking form can be completed online. Minimum booking period: 2 hours. Availability: Saturday until 8pm, Sunday 1pm until 6pm, Monday to Friday 6pm to 11pm (for 'Our rooms', likely applicable to Parish Hall spaces), Bank Holidays by arrangement. Hirers involving children under 18 must adhere to St John's Safeguarding Policy or have their own consistent policy.
