How to Book
All bookings must include time for setting up and clearing away, chargeable at the relevant hourly rate. Advance booking is recommended as demand is high, especially for single indoor bookings during weekends and school holiday periods. An invoice for hall hire charges will be emailed approximately six weeks in advance and is payable by bank transfer by the indicated date; failure to pay may result in booking cancellation and withholding of the full deposit. A 'Meet and Greeter' will welcome the hirer at the agreed start time to go through a checklist, health and safety, emergency contacts, and procedures.
