How to Book

Rooms are particularly suitable for conferences and business meetings, classes, groups, and training rooms. SCF reserves the right not to accept bookings for activities in conflict with their Christian faith, vision, values, and theology. To make a reservation or for more information, email [email protected] or call 01908 410840. Accepted payment methods: Cash, Bank transfer, Card payment. Advance bookings are provisional and only guaranteed up to 4 months before the event. The Oak Tree Centre reserves the right to cancel or change bookings 4 months in advance due to unforeseen circumstances for church-related events, after consultation with the hirer. Any deposits paid will be refunded in full. Groups, organisations, or individuals hiring the facility must ensure they have appropriate safeguarding policies and measures in place for children and vulnerable adults.
