How to Book
To book for businesses, community groups, and charities, call 01908 521538 or email [email protected]. For parties, wedding receptions, and other celebrations, an online booking link is available on their website. Booking time must include set up and clearing down. Hire is subject to a refundable deposit against damage, excessive cleaning/removal of waste, or non-compliance with terms of hire. The pavilion is closed on bank holidays and for two weeks over Christmas and New Year. Booking hours are Monday to Friday: 9am to 9pm, Saturday: 10am-2pm / 3pm-7pm, Sunday: 1pm-4pm / 5pm-8pm.
