Milton Abbot Village Hall is a community asset that has recently experienced structural problems, including serious dry rot, leading to its closure for general use. The committee is working with architects and specialists to restore the facility. Fundraising activities are ongoing to support the restoration. Current rental charges reflect the present condition of the hall due to structural problems and ongoing renovations. The Reading Room is not looking at its finest, but has heating and is a great smaller space.
