Minimum booking is 1 hour, in 30-minute increments. Full payment is required within 28 days of invoice or immediately if booking is within that timescale. Invoice is sent approximately one month before the event. Keys cannot be picked up on a Sunday; for Sunday bookings, collection must be the day before. Details are provided in the confirmation email after the invoice is paid. The Trustees reserve the right to cancel bookings under certain conditions (e.g., premises required as a Polling Station, breach of licensing, premises unfit, emergency). In such cases, a full refund is provided, but Trustees are not liable for other losses.
