How to Book

Booking Procedure: Fill in the enquiry form on the website or contact Sue Allwood directly. Payment Terms: The full cost of the hire is due at the time of booking. Regular hirers will be invoiced at the end of each month. A deposit may be required at the discretion of the Trust. A damage deposit may be levied for some activities and will be reimbursed less any charges for damages/repairs. Cancellation Policy: The Trust may charge a cancellation fee if you decide to cancel. Terms and Conditions: By proceeding with a booking, hirers are deemed to have accepted the terms and conditions for hire. The Nanstallon Community Trust does not accept liability if the hirer fails to obtain appropriate insurances and/or licenses. Hirers must take out their own personal and public liability insurance and obtain any necessary licenses for their activity and equipment. A responsible person must be aware of neighbours and conduct periodic outside checks to prevent anti-social behaviour/noise. Nothing should be attached to walls without permission. The hall must be vacated and locked by the agreed time. Accidents/incidents must be recorded in the Accident Book located in the kitchen. The hall must be left in a clean and tidy state, and all waste/rubbish removed.
