How to Book
To check availability, text the Booking Secretary on 07554 997144 or consult the online calendar (which may not be fully up to date). Bookings are made by completing and returning a Booking Form, available for download from the website. Booking times must include set-up and cleaning. Confirmation is sent via email and can be checked on the hall calendar. Access is provided by a representative at the start of the booking; no keys are given out. Cancellation policy: 100% refund (less £10 booking fee) for cancellations over one month before the event; 75% refund (less £10 booking fee) for cancellations between four and two weeks before; no refund for cancellations less than two weeks before.
