How to Book

Check the calendar page on their website. Contact the booking secretary by email or telephone. Any bookings cancelled within 48 hours of the hire date will be charged in full. Hirers are deemed the 'Responsible Person'. A Safeguarding Policy is displayed in the Hall. Hirers are responsible for reading the fire evacuation policy and being aware of the three fire exits. Rubbish from all bins must be taken from the Hall as there is no collection service. All lights must be switched off, windows closed, fire doors and kitchen fire shutter closed, and all doors locked when leaving. Keys must be returned immediately after the event. If intending to use a bouncy castle or other inflatable device, supplementary conditions apply and must be read. The hall can provide a catering service. The hall provides a set-up service if required. The hall can provide an 'after event' clean up service.
