How to Book

Booking application and hiring agreement forms are available via the Seagrove Pavilion Trust website. A Special Deposit may be required, particularly for children's (£50) and adults' (£100) parties, or as agreed with the booking Trustee. This deposit is held against cancellation (less than 30 days prior to the event) and any damage. The use of the kitchen/meeting room for food preparation/serving may incur an additional charge. Full payment of hiring charges and deposits is generally required at the time of booking. 30 clear days' notice of cancellation is required, otherwise the full booked charges will be payable. The hirer is responsible for removing all materials, supplies, goods, and equipment, sweeping floors, cleaning the kitchen (if used), and removing all rubbish. Any temporarily moved contents must be replaced. Unused food must be taken away.
