Full payment for bookings £60 or less at time of booking. Deposit for other bookings, balance due on or before event. Preferred payment by bank transfer or cheque payable to 'Seagrove Pavilion Trust'. Deposits: Children's parties £50, Adults' parties £100, Other as agreed with booking Trustee; retained for 14 days post-event as surety against cancellation or damage.
