How to Book

Booking requests are assigned at the sole discretion of New Bradwell Parish Council. Invoices for the full hire fee are issued the same day a booking request is approved. Hirers have 7 working days from the issue date to pay the invoice in full, though alternative payment schedules may be arranged. Bookings can be submitted for dates up to 1 year after today's date. Hirers are required to give a minimum of 10 working days' notice prior to the event (or 2 working days' notice if booking request approved less than 10 working days prior) for cancellation. New Bradwell Parish Council reserves the right to cancel a booking. A refundable damage deposit is applicable to all private bookings. For charity/not-for-profit hirers, no refundable damage deposit is applied for occasional hire (2 sessions or less), but a refundable damage deposit of £50 applies for regular hire (3 sessions or more). Overnight surcharge of £50 if required for pre-event setup/post-event clear up.
