How to Book

Booking requires submission of Risk assessment, NOPs (Normal Operating Procedures), EAPs (Emergency Action Plans), Method Statements, Evidence of medical qualifications (if necessary), Any necessary licenses from Cornwall Council, Details of any vehicular movements on or around the site (weights, number of vehicles, types of vehicles etc.), and Signed Terms and Conditions of Hire. Submissions must be returned at least 3 months prior to your event. Invoices validly raised are to be paid on presentation. The attached terms and conditions of hire will apply to your booking. A security deposit amount will be notified prior to booking confirmation. Concessions may be available at the discretion of Newquay Town Council.

Licences & Safety

Curfew NotesIf planning to sell food past 23:00, use electricity/gas, fireworks, or temporary structures (e.g., marquees, bouncy castles), or undertake charitable collections/ask for donations, or prepare/sell food and drinks on site, you may need a license from the Public Health & Protection Team (contact 0300 1234 212).
