North Cadbury Village Hall, built in 1930 and refurbished in 2016, serves as a community building and playing field for the benefit of the inhabitants of the parishes of North and South Cadbury and the neighbourhood. It provides facilities for recreation and other leisure-time occupation in the interests of social welfare, with the object of improving the conditions of life for the said inhabitants. Activities include general charitable purposes, arts/culture, sport/recreation. The hall has an overall capacity of 200.

How to book
Availability all year round. Minimum hire period of 2 hours. Hire time must include set-up and clear-down. Special rates may be available for large functions. Equipment can also be hired for use outside the hall. If alcohol is consumed, a 'Special Conditions Alcohol Form' must be completed. Hirer or authorised representative (18+) must be present at every event. Acceptance of 'Booking Contract Standard Conditions' and 'Children and Vulnerable Adult Protection Policy' is required. Booking Procedure: Check booking calendar for availability (though advise confirming with booking secretary). Contact Booking Secretary via email ([email protected]) to confirm availability and make a provisional booking. Complete and return appropriate booking forms (available as PDFs or Word documents on the website). Pay the required deposit (can be via BACS to Sort Code: 20-99-40, Account: 80668478). Booking is confirmed upon receipt of completed forms and deposit. Balance payable promptly on receipt of invoice after deposit deduction.
