How to Book
All bookings should be made via the Bookings Secretary. Availability can be checked on the Booking Calendar (via the Home Page). Provisional bookings require completion and submission of appropriate forms and payment of a deposit. A deposit equivalent to the hire fee for two hours (or the full hire fee if the booking is for three hours or less) is required for single bookings. The balance of the hire fee is payable promptly upon receipt of the invoice. Minimum hire period is 2 hours. Hire time includes set up before the event and clear down afterwards. Hirers must read and agree to the Booking Contract Standard Conditions and, if applicable, Special Conditions Alcohol.
