How to Book

Bookings can be made online. Weekend bookings are available from 08:00 to 20:00 for a minimum of four hours and can be booked 7 to 365 days in advance. Online booking must be done at least a week in advance. For regular and weekday bookings, contact Jayne on 01409 221225 between 8 am and 8 pm. A non-refundable £5 booking fee applies. Payment is accepted via PayPal (credit/debit card payments accepted via PayPal without needing an account). Hirers need to book sufficient time for setting up before and cleaning up after the event (suggested one hour each side). Hirers are expected to leave the hall as tidy as found, including mopping spills, bagging and removing all rubbish and recycling. Cancellation policy: More than 30 days notice: Booking deposit refunded, no fee charged. 15 to 30 days notice: 25% of charges owed. Within 14 days notice: 100% of charges owed. For regular or block bookings, 60 days notice is required to terminate, during which time the Hire Fee will be due. Payment of Hire Fee for bad weather cancellations is at the discretion of the Trustees.
