How to Book
Bookings require reading 'Terms and Conditions of Hire' and 'Hire Charges' documents. Check availability on the online calendar, then complete the 'New Booking' form. Contact the Booking Secretary for queries. Booking is final upon payment of a security deposit, which is held against breakages/damage/failure to remove rubbish and repaid within 10 working days. Payment by BACs to Lloyds Bank, Redhill, A/C no. 01271232, Sort Code no. 30-94-38. Ensure enough time is booked for set up and clearing up. All rubbish must be removed from the site at the end of the event to avoid deposit deductions. Cancellation policy: within one month - loss of deposit; within two weeks - 25% of hire fee + deposit; within one week - 50% of hire fee + deposit. Charges are reviewed annually, effective April 1st, with new rates published by January 1st. Reductions for regular long-term bookings may be negotiated. Hourly rate relates to total booking time, including set up and clearing down.
