How to Book

Booking forms are available on the Sandhurst Parish Council website. Payment is required at the time of booking. Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours in advance (excluding weekends/public holidays) or the full cost is liable. The hirer must be 21 or over, with at least 1 adult for every 10 under 18s. The hall must be left clean and tidy, with all rubbish removed, floor swept, and furniture stacked. All hirer's property and equipment must be removed by the end of the hire period (by 23:30 for evening hires). The hall must be left secured (doors/windows locked), and keys returned to the key safe. Smoking, vaping, and e-cigarettes are prohibited inside buildings. The farm track beside the hall is private and not for smoking. No footwear likely to damage wooden floors (e.g., stilettos) is permitted. The Council may charge a security deposit. Hirers are liable for any damages to the property, fixtures, fittings, and equipment, which must be reported to the Parish Clerk within 48 hours of hire. Nothing should be fixed to the property in a way that causes damage.
