How to book
Application Methods: In person, Telephone, Letter, Email. Deposit Required: Bookings ending before 6pm: £50 (refundable), bookings ending after 6pm: £100 (refundable), larger events: larger deposit may be required. Payment Terms: Full charges due at least 7 days before the function date. Key Collection: Key safe combination provided via email or phone the day before hiring. Keys must be returned to the key safe and numbers scrambled. Provisional Bookings: Can be made via the calendar page on the Tidworth Town Council website. Kitchen Use: £5 per hour (inc VAT, includes crockery, cutlery). Booking time must include setup and clear-away. Anyone under the age of 18 must have a responsible adult on site for the duration of the party, who must also sign the form. No Christmas Day or New Year's Day bookings.
