The Shipton Bellinger Village Centre is a facility for the use of the inhabitants of the Parish of Shipton Bellinger for meetings, lectures, classes, recreation and leisure-time occupation. It is run as a charity by a Management Committee on behalf of Hampshire County Council. Kitchen facilities are available for food preparation. For private parties, DJs, entertainers, and other third parties require evidence of valid Public Liability Insurance. Any electrical equipment brought in requires evidence of recent In-Service Inspection and Testing (PAT Testing).
