How to book
Payment methods include BACS, Cheques (over £25), and Cash (over £15). Hirer must be over 21 years old and present throughout the booking. Hirer responsible for unlocking and locking the hall. Hall to be left clean and tidy, including kitchen and toilets. Furniture to be put away. Floor may be wiped with a damp mop (not washed). All glassware to be taken home. Cans to be put in recycling bins outside. Nappies to be put in nappy sacks and placed in black bins outside. Lights, room heaters, and water heater to be turned off. Cooker to be wiped down if used. No heating other than that supplied in the hall may be used. Hirer is liable for any damage or extra cleaning costs. Knowledge of fire extinguisher locations required. Doors and exits must not be obstructed. Hirer responsible for knowing alcohol consumption laws for their function.
