How to Book
View availability diary online, then email bookings administrator (Robin Daly) to make a booking and receive confirmation with cost. IMPORTANT: From January 2025, use the new email address [email protected] for booking enquiries. Minimum hire period: 1 hour, charged pro-rata in 15-minute increments thereafter. 15 minutes before and 15 minutes after each booking included free of charge for setup/clearup. Discounts: 10% for hires 4-5.75 hours in length (weekdays only), 20% for hires 6+ hours in length (weekdays only). Additional item costs per hire period: Projector £5, BluRay Player £5, Handheld Microphones £5.
