How to Book
Minimum booking period of 2 hours for one-off bookings. Time for setting up before and clearing up after an event must be included in the booking. Discounts apply for regular user groups and charity events. Hirers selling alcohol need to apply for a Temporary Events Notice from West Berkshire Council. Cancellation charges apply as detailed on the Booking Form. Terms & Conditions of Hire and Fire Safety Regulations will be issued with the Booking Confirmation Form. A signed copy of the booking form should be returned with payment to confirm booking. Contact the booking clerk via phone or email, or use the online booking calendar on the Pangbourne Parish Council website to make a request. Note: Rates provided are from June 2018; contact for current 2024-25 rates. Additional charges: £20 for bookings where alcohol is consumed (Premises Licence Fee), £5 for hearing loop when used.
