Pattern Hall

The Pattern Hall, managed by St Austell Bay Parish Council, offers hireable spaces including a Large Hall and a Smaller Meeting Room. It features a fully equipped kitchen and full disabled access. The venue is available for hire between 08:30 and 21:00, with restrictions on music, singing, dancing, and alcohol consumption. Hirers are asked to consider residents regarding noise. The parish council office is also situated in the building and is open to the public twice a week. Local archive material can be viewed by appointment. Commercial enterprises and organised groups must provide evidence of adequate insurance. Individual hirers may, at the discretion of St Austell Bay Parish Council, be covered by Council's insurance. The hirer accepts responsibility for being in charge of and on the premises at all times when the public are present and for ensuring that all conditions relating to supervision and management are met. St Austell Bay Parish Council cannot accept liability for any loss of or damage to property brought into or left in The Pattern Hall. The Council reserves the right to cancel any letting if the room is required for public meetings convened by the Parish Council or for any other purpose in the interests of the Council.
