How to Book

Minimum hire duration is 1 hour, in additional blocks of 15 minutes. Applications are not accepted from anyone under 18 years. A booking form must be submitted before a booking is made final. Full payment must be made 14 days before the event; bookings made less than 14 days before require full payment at time of booking. Payments by BACS preferred; cheques not accepted. The period of hire must include time for setting up and clearing away. Hirer must remain on premises for duration of function, ensure full compliance with agreement, ensure hall is used only for lawful purposes, be responsible for behaviour and safety of all attendees, nominate a competent person for fire safety and evacuation procedures, ensure fire doors remain unobstructed, have adequate public liability insurance for equipment and personal belongings, and ensure all electrical equipment brought in is PAT tested. Often available on weekdays; enquiries welcome. Office hours for enquiries are 9am to 12pm, Monday to Thursday.
