How to Book
To hire the hall, use the online booking options. Poulshot residents should select the 'Residents Only' booking. The booking process requires agreement to a Hire Agreement and Hire Conditions And Safety Recommendations. For bookings longer than 6 hours, or to reserve only the Small Hall or toilets, contact the bookings secretary directly. The bookings secretary will confirm the booking and send the Conditions of Hire and Hire Agreement for signature. Discounts are negotiable for extensive use.
