Priory Barn, managed by Bradford on Avon Preservation Trust, is available for hire for meetings, private functions, and classes. The venue operates from 8:30 AM to 10:30 PM, with extensions possible until midnight by prior arrangement and noise minimization. Hirers are responsible for cleaning, washing up crockery/cutlery/glassware, and removing all rubbish. A cleaning charge of up to £50 may apply if the venue is not left tidy. The venue has restrictions on electrical equipment (must be checked by a qualified electrician if not Priory Barn's), attachments to walls/beams, smoking, and naked flames (except birthday cake candles). It is unsuitable for excessively loud or amplified sound and cannot be hired for 16-25 year olds. No on-site parking is available.

The Priory Barn features curtains, a retractable screen, and track lighting (available by special arrangement). Walls are equipped with hanging rails for hooks. Arrangements for heating and furniture layout must be made with the Caretaker. Hirers are required to wash up and put away crockery, cutlery, and glassware.

How to Book
Bookings are processed online via the Preservation Trust website. Provisional bookings are held for 14 days without obligation. Confirmation requires full payment within 14 days of provisional booking. Key collection is from TO4U at The Georgian Lodge, 25 Bridge Street, between 10 AM and 4 PM (Mon-Sat) the day prior to the event, or by alternative arrangement with TO4U. Key return to TO4U within 24 hours of booking's end time.
