How to reach the hall
How to book
Hire charges are based on the duration of the event and whether the booking is a one-off event or regular booked sessions. Specific pricing information is provided upon completing an availability enquiry form. To book, complete an availability enquiry form online to check dates. The booking clerk will contact you with appropriate pricing information. If desired, view the hall before booking by getting in touch. Complete the full online booking form. Hirers are responsible for their own public liability insurance appropriate for the event activities. Rooms must be left in a clean and tidy condition; chairs and tables stacked neatly. Setting up and clear down time must be included in the hire period. Hirers can provide their own tea towels and washing up materials. Toilets must be checked and cleaned if necessary before leaving. Central Heating must be fully turned down at the end of the hire period. No dogs in the building (apart from guide dogs and therapy dogs). Full terms and conditions are available on the Wallington Hall website. Payment methods: BACS (preferred), Cheque (made out to 'BoA Masonic Hall Management').
