How to Book
Hire availability: 9am - 11:45pm, seven days per week. Payment of deposit secures your booking. Full charges to be paid 6 weeks prior to event or upon booking, whichever is sooner. All hirers must adhere to the terms, conditions, and requirements posted within the Village Hall. Cancellation policy: For cancellations made within fourteen days of the hire date, the full booking fee is payable. For cancellations made between fourteen and twenty-eight days, 50% of the total booking fee is payable. For cancellations made twenty-eight days or more before the hire date, the whole booking fee will be refunded less a £10 administration fee. Extra preparation/Clean up time by prior agreement +£50.
