Booking & practical info
How to book
Contact the bookings secretary to discuss availability. A provisional booking can be held for up to two weeks. A hire agreement and invoice will be sent. Booking may be cancelled if the agreement is not returned and deposit not paid within two weeks. Normally hirers get keys to let themselves in and lock up. Arrangements for key collection (volunteer pickup or key safe) will be provided a few days before booking. Regular bookings are welcome for weekday (daytime or evening) slots, not normally weekends. Invoicing for regular bookings is normally monthly in advance. Cancellation policy for regular bookings: No charge if notified at least 24 hours in advance; credit issued for pre-paid slots. Regular hirers issued with a key. Viewings can be arranged by contacting the booking secretary (limited by volunteer availability and existing bookings).
