The hall was opened in September 2019. The Parish Council office opens in the meeting room on Monday and Thursday afternoons from 2 to 5pm. It is not a venue for very large gatherings; more suitable for simple family celebrations.

How to book
To make a booking, visit the bookings page on their website for the Booking Pack and to fill out the form. Provisional bookings are held for 72 hours. Payment options include Bank Transfer (details on invoice), Cheque (payable to REPTON VILLAGE HALL, sent to Askew Grove, Repton, Derby, DE65 6GR), and PayPal (invoice issued via email, additional 50p transaction fee applies). For one-off bookings, it is simpler if the invoice is paid on booking. A 25% deposit can be accepted, but the balance must be paid one month prior to the event. All invoices must be settled in full prior to the event. The booking team consists of volunteers and aims to respond within two working days.
