How to Book
Contact the Booking Clerk with event date (and alternatives), hirer name/organisation, address, phone number, and type of event. Booking is provisional until application form is signed and returned. A legal contract is entered upon receipt of the completed form. Invoice raised approximately 4 weeks before the event. All payments due at least two weeks before the event. For one-off hirers, all hire charges are invoiced in advance and payment is due at least 28 days before the event. Keys collected from a Key-Safe (code provided to hirer) no earlier than 15 minutes before booking, returned within 15 minutes of termination. All preparation and clearing-up time must be included in the booked times. No work or preparations before the booked time. Saturday evening bookings get one hour free of charge on Sunday mornings for clearing up, must vacate by 10 AM, not allowed if the hall is booked on Sunday morning. Minimum age for hirers is 18.
