How to Book
To book, complete a 'hire booking form' with personal details, required dates, and times. Further paperwork or references may be requested by the Centre manager. Hirers must sign a standard condition of hire form and rules and regulations form. A deposit must be paid within 7 days to secure the booking (otherwise, booking will be removed). The full payment (hire charges + deposit) is due 4 weeks before the event date (otherwise, booking will be cancelled). The deposit is non-refundable if the booking is cancelled. Refund of the hire fee (or part thereof) after full payment is at the discretion of management.
