How to Book
Contact the booking secretary via phone or email for initial enquiries and availability. Sarratt Village Hall uses the Hallmaster Diary System for online bookings, requiring users to log in with an email and password. New users will create a password. Availability can be viewed online without logging in. Booking requests require an event name, date/times, activity, and description. A Hall Caretaker can be booked to assist with setup or put away by mentioning it in the 'Special Requirements' box during booking. The hall is fully licensed under the 2003 Licensing Act. For 'licensable activities' such as music, dance, plays, films, or alcohol consumption, hirers need to discuss requirements and responsibilities with the Licensing Supervisor. This should be mentioned in the 'Special Requirements' box.
