The committee reserves the right to charge a refundable deposit against loss or damage. Payment or repayment of fee at the discretion of the committee if hirer cancels. Committee may charge an admission fee for hirer cancellations. Committee can cancel with written notice if premises needed for election or if they have reasonable concerns.
