How to Book
All bookings confirmed by written agreement. Acceptance of agreement implies acceptance of Standard Terms and Conditions of Hire. Bookings must be requested at least 2 weeks in advance. The committee reserves the right to charge a refundable deposit against loss or damage. Payment or repayment of fee at the discretion of the committee if hirer cancels. Committee may charge an admission fee for hirer cancellations. Committee can cancel with written notice if premises needed for election or if they have reasonable concerns.
