The Sidcup and District Conservative Club offers two newly refurbished rooms for hire: a large hall suitable for up to 200 guests and a smaller Navy Room with a private garden. How to Book
A non-returnable deposit of £100.00 is required when booking. Payments are accepted via cash, cheque, and card. The minimum age for a function hirer is 21. All guests and children must remain within the confines of the hired hall unless using the smoking area. The hall must be cleared of all food and decorations. Guests are asked to leave quietly out of respect for neighbours. The club has a zero-tolerance policy for underage drinking and drug use, with offenders being asked to leave. The hirer is responsible for ensuring these rules are upheld. Viewings can be arranged by calling the club during office hours (10:00 AM - 5:00 PM, Monday - Friday).
