For block bookings, call directly to set up and invoice. Use the online booking form to check availability and select your date. To cancel, contact the Bookings Clerk as soon as possible. Cancellations within 7 days of the event may incur a charge to cover potential loss of income. Simpson and Ashland Parish Council reserves the right to cancel bookings by written notice. For one-off bookings, the hall will be opened and closed by a representative of Simpson and Ashland Parish Council.
