How to Book
Bookings must be made in writing by the principal hirer (over 18) using the provided application form. The centre will confirm the booking and price in writing via email or post. Bookings by companies, local authorities, voluntary groups, and registered charities with a purchase order will be invoiced after the event, with payment due within 30 days. Rooms may only be used for the purposes for which they were booked. Sub-letting of hired rooms is not permitted. Use of rooms is strictly between booked times; failure to vacate on time may incur a late charge. Balloons and confetti cannons are not permitted. Online enquiry form on website.
