How to Book
Office hours for staffing, inquiries, and viewings are Monday and Wednesday mornings between 8:30 AM - 9:30 AM. A completed and signed booking form along with the relevant deposit (£50, £150 or £300) is required. Full payment must be received at least one calendar month before the event. Payments can be made by cash or cheque (made out to 'SRCA'). Cancellation policy: More than 28 days notice: No cancellation charge. Between 14 and 28 days notice: Loss of half the hall hire fee. Less than 14 days notice: No fee returned, full hall hire amount retained by the Club.
