How to book
Weekday hire contact: Parish Secretary, Sue Barnard, available Tue/Wed/Thu 9:30am to 12:30pm. Weekend hire contact: Hall Letting Secretary, text or phone. Please send a text with your name, email address, desired hall, and type of function. Do not leave a voicemail. Enquiries dealt with Monday to Saturday, no calls on Sunday. Provisional bookings may be held for a few days, up to one week, but are not guaranteed. Viewing usually available between 11:30am and 12:00 midday on Sundays. Other times are difficult to arrange. Deposit not returned if cancelled within two weeks of the event. Total cost includes Hire Charge, deposit, plus any extras. Payments by BACS transfer (Sort code: 40-05-27, Acc No: 51266993, Reference: Your surname) or cheque payable to St Andrew's Church Roxbourne. Setting up and cleaning time must be included in hours booked. Hire charge includes provision of tables and chairs. Halls are not available for non-Christian ceremonies or Halloween events/activities.
