How to book
To consider a letting request, the Southside Community Centre requires a completed Booking Form, Risk Assessment, and Fire Safety Declaration. These three forms should be submitted for consideration. A diary is available to view availability on their website. Changes to bookings will be accommodated where possible; early notification is requested. Cancellations should be made as early as possible, as payment for some or all of the let may still be required depending on notice given. Cash, cheque, or BACS payments are accepted. Advance payment may be requested. Terms and Conditions are available for download on their website. Standard letting times: Monday to Thursday 9am until 8:30pm, Fridays 9am until 3:30pm, then 5pm until 8:30pm, Saturdays 9:30am until 8pm, Sundays 9:30am until 6pm. Later opening can often be arranged, subject to staffing availability.
