How to Book
Booking requests are handled via the Hallmaster online system on their website. View room availability and request a booking by clicking the '+' button on the desired date. Booking requests are not accepted within 14 days of the hire date. Alternatively, email [email protected] with hirer's details (name, organisation if applicable, address, contact telephone number) and event details (room/space, date, start/finish times including set up/pack up, type of event, number of attendees). The centre endeavors to respond within 48 hours. Once booking is confirmed in writing, hirer is deemed to have accepted the Terms & Conditions in full. Viewings must be pre-arranged as the Community Centre is open only during events and activities.
