The Royal Sovereign Suite, located on the second floor, is a versatile, air-conditioned space with its own fully equipped bar, large windows, and balconies offering views over the North Harbour. It is accessible via a lift with disabled access and benefits from spacious free parking nearby. This suite can accommodate up to 100-120 people theatre-style and 80 cabaret-style, making it suitable for a wide array of events including private parties, wedding receptions, conferences, banquets, and corporate events. The Chart Room, situated on the first floor, is a smaller facility ideal for more intimate gatherings, seating 16 in a boardroom style or 20 theatre-style. It is well-suited for smaller conferences, business meetings, and committee meetings. The venue provides onsite catering facilities offering a variety of options from finger buffets to sit-down meals, utilizing locally sourced supplies.
