How to Book
Meeting rooms can be booked online via their booking system to check availability and pricing. For other spaces, contact Spaceworks directly via phone or email to discuss requirements and arrange a visit. Cancellation policy for meeting rooms: Full refund for cancellations 7 days in advance. 50% refund for cancellations 7 days to 24 hours in advance. Non-refundable for cancellations within 24 hours. Rescheduling policy: Booking can be rescheduled once for another date within one month of the event date without charge. If the rescheduled booking is cancelled, a 100% booking cost applies. Catering policy: Bringing your own catering/food is allowed. Refreshments for guests are offered.
