How to Book
Booking requests are made via the Hallmaster bookings calendar on the website. Users need to register and log in. The request form requires date, start and finish times (allowing 30 minutes between bookings), rooms required, and any special requests (e.g., insurance for a Hog Roast). The booked time should include set-up and clear-away time. To confirm a booking, both the Hire Fee and a £50 Damage Deposit must be paid within 14 days of receiving the Hire Agreement. Payment can be made by bank transfer or cheque. Bookings are provisional until payment is received. Hirers must download, read, and accept the Terms and Conditions of Use and Privacy Notice. These are legally binding. Hirer must be 21 years of age or older.
