Requests are handled on a first come first served basis. The hall hosts regular groups.

The Main Hall measures 8.91m x 14.24m (1,366 sq. ft.) with a pitched roof height of 3.2m to 4.5m. It features a full sized 180" electric projector screen, PA sound system + lighting console, air conditioning + hot radiators + quadruple ventilation fans. Tables (for adults and children) & 118 adult chairs, 25 children's chairs are available. Crockery is available for 100 seated guests.

How to Book
Check availability on the real-time calendar on their website. Email [email protected] to request a booking. Receive an email with current Terms of Hire and a blank Hire Agreement. Pay a non-refundable booking fee (50% of hire fee, minimum £25). Return the completed Hire Agreement, maintaining document formatting. If accepted and a keyholder is found, receive confirmation and the time slot is reserved. At least 72 working hours before the hire, pay the remaining hire fee plus the damage deposit. Receive an email confirming the hall hire and explaining access procedures. After the hire, the damage deposit is refunded if terms (e.g., cleanliness, timely departure) are met. Not available for hire between 6pm and 8am. 15 minutes allowed either side of a hire to avoid overlap.
