How to Book
Minimum hire duration is 2 hours. A £150 security deposit may be required for one-off evening events, especially for celebrations involving food or alcohol. Payment is required in advance. To cancel, email the venue before the booked date; charges may apply if not notified in advance. For enquiries about availability, hire rates, and terms and conditions, email [email protected]. Bookings are handled on a first-come, first-served basis. Hirers are requested to remove their own waste. The entire building is No Smoking. No naked flames are allowed with the exception of a small number of candles typically used on a birthday cake. Alcohol is allowed, but the centre is NOT licensed for the sale of alcoholic drinks by the hirer. Events cannot start before 8 am and must be finished by 11 pm. The grassed area outside the hall is property of St Aidan's Church; permission for use must be obtained from the Parish Secretary ([email protected]). Bouncy castles are allowed; refer to Terms and Conditions (2.9). The venue is unmanned; access instructions are provided with the invoice.
