How to book
All hall enquiries are via email only to [email protected]. The administrator works a few hours a week, so replies may take a few days, generally monitored Thursday/Friday. Queries will be answered within the week. Bookings for Saturday parties or similar events are made via the Sharesy platform, where you can view facilities, check availability, request a booking, and make secure online payments. Payment is required upfront. For long-term hall hire or general questions, email directly. Key access is required, via collection from the venue directly; contact Sharesy following your booking to arrange key collection a couple of days beforehand. A Hall Hire Handbook will be sent with booking confirmation. The hall is not available for hire on Sundays due to church activities. No smoking or vaping inside the building or outside the front entrance of the church, including on the steps area or access ramp.
