How to book
To book, contact Hannah (office administrator) via email (office@stbg.uk) or the website form. Provide details of the venue, ideal dates, and times. If available, a booking form and conditions of hire will be provided. A deposit (£50 for children's events, £150 for adult events) is required to confirm. Bookings must be initiated at least two weeks in advance. Cancellation policy: 100% fee if less than two weeks' notice, 50% fee if two to four weeks' notice. Hirers are responsible for cleaning and rubbish removal. Alcohol requires written permission and a license. Prohibited activities include gambling, martial arts, clairvoyance, and yoga.
