How to Book
Booking and hiring agreement required. Payment in full no later than 7 days before the hire date. Regular users may be invoiced monthly in arrears by prior arrangement. Payment (or deposit) may be required to confirm the booking. Hirers must give at least 7 days' notice to cancel without penalty. Cancellations within 7 days may incur a charge of up to 100%. Bookings can be made via official form or email to the Clerk. Facilities must be used only for their intended purpose, left clean, secure, and tidy. Hirers must ensure respectful behaviour and minimal noise. No smoking, vaping, alcohol, or illegal substances allowed on site. No amplified sound or floodlighting without written permission. The Hirer is responsible for all attendees and any damages caused. Access will be arranged via key, access code, or staff member. All facilities must be properly locked and secured after use. Loss of keys or damage must be reported immediately. Hirers are responsible for the safety of their group. Fire exits must remain clear at all times. Hirers must familiarise themselves with emergency procedures. Any accidents must be reported on the digital Accident Report Form found at the First Aid box and in the Kitchen – scan QR code. Groups working with children or vulnerable adults must have appropriate safeguarding policies and DBS checks in place.
